Ms. Divelbliss is an experienced HR and legal leader for high-growth start-ups in well-regulated industries. She began her career as an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, helped found and scale a subsidized Sprint wireless brand, served as General Counsel at Virgin Mobile USA, and most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Head of People at Kargo Global, LLC, a mobile-first ad technology company. As CPO and General Counsel of Vida, Divelbliss will lead the firm’s legal strategy through its next phase of growth and lead Vida’s culture and efforts to secure its position as an employer of choice.

Mr. Webb is an experienced strategic finance leader. Previously, he served as CFO of Convene as it accelerated growth, as well as Radisphere National Radiology Group and Candescent Health, overseeing the sale of both companies. Previously, Andrew held strategy and business development roles at NBC, Merrill Lynch, Virtu and Ipreo. As CFO, Webb leads Vida’s accounting, financial planning and analytics teams, as well as Vida’s investor relations and capital raising efforts. He works closely with the company’s board of directors, CEO and broader management team on strategic and financial imperatives.
