LOS ANGELES – USC and Sprouts Farmers Market have announced a long-term commitment to specific sponsorships for women’s athletics through partnerships with USC and the Pac-12 conference, along with other individual partnership agreements.
“USC Athletics takes great pride in the rich tradition of excellence in our Women of Troy athletic programs,” said Joyce Bell Limbrick, USC Senior Executive Associate Athletic Director and Senior Female Administrator. “The Trojan Women have won 36 national team and 118 individual championships and continue to excel in the classroom and beyond. As we celebrate and recognize the impact of the 50th anniversary of Title IX, USC Athletics is thrilled to partner with Sprouts Farmers Market to improve and amplify our commitment to support our student-athletes and our sports programs “.
In addition to its investment in these partnerships, Sprouts will also support 50 individual name, image and likeness (NIL) agreements with female students-athletes from multiple Pac-12 schools.

The latest announcement coincides with June 23, the 50th anniversary of Title IX, which bans discrimination based on sex in schools and educational programs.

In January 2022, the NCAA kicked off the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Title IX and will continue to honor the historic landmark law throughout 2022 and into 2023.
