Manchester City vs Manchester United on Sunday 2nd October and Liverpool vs Manchester City on Sunday 16th October are among Sky Sports’ successful matches of October.
There will be 128 matches live exclusively on Sky Sports during the 2022/23 Premier League season and there are some mouth-watering matches scheduled for October.
The first Manchester derby of the season between City and United takes place at the Etihad Stadium live on Sky Sports on Sunday 2 October.
The following weekend will see Liverpool visit Arsenal live on Sky Sports on Sunday 9 October.
Jurgen Klopp’s team’s next game is also live on Sky Sports as it hosts the Manchester City champions with last season’s top two battling at Anfield on Sunday 16 October.
On Sunday 23 October, Manchester United will travel to Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge live on Sky Sports, with United’s West Ham welcoming to Old Trafford on Sunday 30 October, live on Sky Sports.
Meanwhile, an East Midlands derby between Leicester and Nottingham Forest will also be live on Sky Sports in October, though a date has yet to be confirmed for the match at King Power Stadium. It will be confirmed no later than August 19th.
Matches affected by participation in UEFA competition will be confirmed shortly after the group stage draws on 25 and 26 August.

Key dates for the 2022/23 season
The Premier League the season will start on the weekend of August 5-7, one week before the 2021/22 campaign begins.
However, the Premier League will be taking a mid-season break to host their first ever winter world Cup. The last round of the championship before the break will take place on the weekend of 12/13 November before resuming the Boxing Day with the World Cup Final to be held on December 18th.
The last day of the Premier League will be Sunday 28 May.
Meanwhile, the Carabao Cup Final will be held on Sunday 26 February and on FA Cup Final Saturday 3 June.
The Europa League final will be played on May 31 in Budapest, the Europa Conference League final will be on June 7 in Prague and on Champions League final is scheduled for June 10 in Istanbul.
