Surgical Centers Inc. (“SCI”), a group of five ambulatory surgical centers in Western Canadawas acquired in September 2022 and Chirurgie Dix30 (“Dix30”), a center of eight operating theaters in Brossard, Quebecwas acquired in December 2022.

SCI was founded over three decades ago by anesthesiologist Dr. Mohamed Nanji and has grown to be a valued partner for of Canada public health system in British Columbia, Albertaand Saskatchewan. SCI has provided surgical care to more than 500,000 patients in various specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, endoscopy, podiatry, plastic surgery and urology. Dr. Nanji joined Clearpoint as a senior advisor to the CEO and remains medical director of Rockyview Surgical Center in Calgari, Alberta.

Co-founder Dr. Hugo Comea Quebecan orthopedic surgeon, will remain as medical director of Dix30 and work closely with the Clearpoint management team.
